摘要
通过对国内外相关文献的梳理,系统地对关于主题餐厅的研究进行了归纳和评述。目前相关研究主要集中在顾客感知、满意度、真实性与顾客体验和经营策略等方面。本文认为,主题餐厅顾客决策行为、顾客忠诚度、经营策略等方面的研究是今后有待拓展的研究领域。
This paper systematically summarizes and reviews the studies of themed restaurant through the related literature at home and abroad,and finds that the current related research mainly concentrated in the customer authenticity perception,satisfaction,and customer experience and business strategy,etc. This paper argues that there are some future research areas such as customer decision- making behavior,customer loyalty and business strategy of theme restaurant.
