摘要
本文基于教育学和心理学的理论,分析、讨论了民族团结教育入脑、入心的方式方法,提出民族团结教育在完善知识教育的同时,重中之重是培养关心、信任、包容这类人际关系的美德。在教学环节的设计上,应当广泛借鉴教育学、心理学、社会学等领域最新的研究成果,为学生学习跨文化人际交往的知识和技巧提供机会和辅导。民族团结教育需要增强各民族学生跨文化人际交往的能力,最终使民族团结意识内化为多民族国家的公民道德伦理和社会规范,实践社会主义核心价值观。
Based on the theories of education and psychology, this paper analyzes and discusses the mode and method about the education of national solidarity, how to let people know and remember it, proposes to fo- cus on the virtues of interpersonal relation, such as care, belief and tolerance, besides perfecting knowledge education. In the design of teaching tache, the latest research achievements in the fields of education, psy- chology, sociology, etc. should be referred to widely to provide opportunities and support for the students to study knowledge and skills of trans - cultural interpersonal interaction. The education of national solidarity needs to enhance the ability of national students to interact each other, change the consciousness of national solidarity to the citizen morality and social regulation of a multinational country eventually, and put the social- ist kernel values into practice.
