基于蓝牙技术的车间设备监测系统研究

Research of the workshop equipment monitoring system based on Bluetooth technology

针对车间设备的现状问题,采用蓝牙技术、计算机技术等进行车间设备监控系统的研究。采用LabVIEW软件进行采集界面设计,实现实时数据采集监控,采集到的数据以蓝牙通讯方式进行传送,从而实现对车间设备部分数据的无线监测。该无线监测系统易于实现,易于调整,具有较好的可扩展性。

In this paper, based on the problems in workshop equipment, the Bluetooth and computer technologies are proposed in the workshop equipment monitoring and control system research. LabVIEW software is used to design the assembly language programming design and make real-time data acquisition monitoring by Bluetooth communication in order to realize the wireless monitoring of workshop equipment data. The monitoring system is simple and easy to adjust, which has a good scalability.
