地方本科院校向应用型转变的实践路径

The Approach Analysis of Promoting Local Higher Education Institutions' Application-oriented Reforms

地方本科院校作为我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,在服务地方经济社会发展、培养行业产业所需人才的过程中发挥着不可替代的作用。伴随着中国经济发展步入新常态,经济结构的转型升级将带动高等教育体系结构性调整,调整的切入点首先应当是推动地方本科院校向应用型转变。地方本科院校应当抓住机遇、精准定位、更新理念,以正确的教育方法学为指引,基于产教融合、校企合作的人才培养流程的更新再造,从本质上真正实现向应用型的转变。

As an important part of Chinese higher education system, local higher education institutions play an irreplaceable role in the process of serving local economic/social development and nurturing talents that are required by the industry. With the new normal of China＇ s economic development, the transformation and upgrading of economic structure will lead to the structural adjustment of higher education system, and the starting point of structural adjust- ment should be the promotion of local higher education institutions＇ application-oriented reforms. By using the correct education methodology as the guide, reengineering the talents nurturing process that based on the integration of industry and education, cooperation between universities and enterprises ,the local higher education institutions should seize the opportunity, accurate positioning, and update the concept so as to fulfill the application-oriented reforms.
