摘要
职业教育结构合理性是评估职业教育发展状况的重要指标。职业院校"专业"的规模结构、形式结构、层次结构和布局结构,可以切实反映职业教育结构的合理性问题。从合规律性、合目的性、合规范性三个维度展开分析,共有"完全合理"、"深层合理"等八种合理性评价类型。职业教育结构合理性是由"专业规模结构与产业结构人才需求的匹配度"等十二个相关要素构成,可以对应十二项具体指标进行评价。
The structural rationality of vocational education is an important indicator to assess the status of vocational education development. The scale,form,hierarchy, and layout structure of the majors in vocational colleges, which can reflect the status of vocational education structure. From three dimensions of regularity, purposiveness and normativity, there are eight evaluation types. There are twelve elements of the structural rationality of vocational education, such as the matching degree between the professional scale structure and the talent demand of the industrial structure, corresponding twelve evaluation indicators.
