摘要
中国高等教育在伴随着规模扩张的同时,学位质量出现了危机。尤其是在面临高等教育转型阶段,专业学位教育领域的质量标准下降趋势明显。最为突出的问题表现在:学位标准设置或学术含量低、培养目标针对性弱、师资实践能力差、质量保障不到位等等,严重阻碍了专业学位教育水平。在对辽宁省四种专业学位点进行实证调查和分析基础上,从如下几个方面提出了我国专业学位教育质量提升的关键性策略:准确定位人才培养规格,科学制定专业学位的学术标准;有效实行"双导师"制,注重导师实践能力培养;实行校企协同机制,构建学校自主管理、社会监督、政策引导的学位质量保障机制。
With the expansion of Chinese higher education, the quality of the professional degree appears some crises. Especially in the face of the transition phase of higher education, the quality standards of professional degree in education decreased obviously. The most prominent problems are on low degree standard settings or low academic contents, weak training objectives, poor teaching practice, insufficient quality assurance and so on, which make a serious impediment to the professional degree education. In this paper, based on the empirical investigation and analysis on the four professional degrees of Liaoning Province, it proposed the key strategies to improve the quality of our professional degree in following aspects:positioning the personnel training specifications accurately, making scientific academic standards of professional degree; implementing the "double teachers" system effectively, focusing on the training of the teachers' practical ability;implementing school-enterprise cooperative mechanism to build a degree quality assurance mechanism that is school self-management, social supervision, and policy guidance mechanism.
