摘要
农民专业合作组织是在特定的社会发展背景下,依托村落能人的资源和关系优势而生成和发展起来的。村落能人既是农民专业合作组织的发起者和倡导者,又是组织的管理者和决策者,他们在协调组织内外的资源、连接组织的社会关系中发挥着十分重要的作用。农民专业合作组织的运行主要依托村落能人以关系契约和关系动员的策略机制来推动,但随着农民专业合作组织的规模化和常态化发展,加强有效的组织监督和制度约束机制,避免能人治理中腐败现象和不当行为,应成为组织发展进步的应然逻辑。
The rural professional cooperative organization is generated in a specific background of social development relying on village talented people resources and relation advantages. Talented villagers greatly contribute to the initiation and establishment of the organization,coordinate both the internal and external resources of the organization,maintain the social relations of the organization and manage and decide the development of the organization. And the specific operation of the organization depends on talented villagers with their strategies of relational contract and relationship mobilization,who promote the organization to advance. However,along with large scaled and normalized development of the organization,an effective mechanism of organizing and supervising should be strengthened,to avoid corruptions and misbehaviors among talented villagers,which should become an indispensable logic of the development of rural professional cooperative organization.
