摘要
船舶能效设计指数(EEDI)是反应船舶在设计和建造阶段船舶固有的CO2排放水平的一个参数,在国际海事组织推荐计算新船能效设计指数公式中,通过改变船舶的设计航速,来实现珠江水系船舶的船舶能效设计指数(EEDI)的变化.文章针对珠江水系船舶的特点,推导珠江水系船舶的船舶能效设计指数与船舶航速的关系,确定珠江水系船舶设计航速,从而满足国际海事组织对船舶能效设计指数(EEDI)的要求.
Energy Efficiency Design Index(EEDI) is a parameter that can reflect the emission level of CO2 in the stage of ship design and ship building. The International Maritime Organization recommends in a calculation the Pearl River Waters vessels,the author infers the relationship between navigational speed and EEDI of ships in Pearl River Waters and then definitely works out the designed speed for ships to navigate in the Pearl River Waters to meet the EEDI requirements of International Maritime Organization.
