村民自治中民主监督的困境与出路——基于山西省平遥县北官地村的调查

Dilemma and Way of Democratic Supervision of Villagers' Autonomy——Research of Bei Guan Village of Pingyao in Shanxi Province

在村民自治的实际运作中,民主监督成为最薄弱的环节,严重影响了农村社会的稳定和经济的发展。文章立足于山西省北官地村的现实情况,运用文献研究和实地调查研究的方法,对北官地村民主监督的运行情况进行有针对性的调查,分析北官地村村民自治中民主监督的现状,然后从监督主体、监督对象、监督内容、监督方式四个方面具体剖析了该村村民民主监督存在的问题及其原因,并提出相应的对策。

The democratic supervision becomes the weakest link in the actual operation of villagers’ autonomy,affects the social stability and economic development of rural area seriously. Based on the reality of North village of Shanxi Province,we investigate to the operation of democratic supervision in Bei Guan village using the method of literature research and practical investigation,analysis to the status quo of democratic supervision of villagers’ autonomy in Bei Guan village,then analyzed the problems and reasons existing in the village democratic supervision from four aspects including supervision subject,supervision object,the content of supervision and the way of supervision,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
