俄罗斯远东地区“中国移民问题”探析

An Analysis of Chinese Immigration Issues in Russian Far East Region

目前中俄两国政府之间的合作日益密切,先后建立了建设性伙伴关系与战略合作伙伴关系,俄罗斯总统普京出席抗战胜利七十周年纪念日活动将中俄关系推向新的高度。但在这样的大背景下,两国人民之间仍存在着较大的误解与隔膜,尤其是作为交流先锋的移民没有能够发挥应有的作用,中俄两国在移民问题上存在着巨大的争议。因此,文章以"中国移民问题"原因为切入点,探析中俄民间交往存在隔阂的原因。

At present the cooperation between Chinese and Russian governments becomes increasingly closer. The two governments successively have established constructive partnership and strategic cooperative partnership. The fact that Russian president Putin attended the 70 th anniversary of the victory against Japanese aggression pushes Sino- Russian relationship to a new height. However,under such the background there still exists serious misunderstanding and estrangement between the two peoples. Especially as communicative pioneers immigrants do not play a due role,and there stands a considerable debate on immigration issues between China and Russia.Therefore,this paper analyzes the reason why there remains estrangement in Sino- Russian non- governmental exchange with the key point of the cause of Chinese immigration issues.
