清末民初中国商会职能探析

作者简要考察了清末民初中国商会的职能如商会联络工商、调查商情的职能,商会商事协调、裁判的职能,商会的教育职能,商会的政治职能等。内地商会、沿海商会努力使商会职能得以发挥,在近代历史上有一定的作用。

The author of this paper analyzes the functions of Chinese chamber of commerce from the later Qing Dynasty to the early Republic of China, like contact business, business survey, business coordination, referee, commercial education, political affairs, etc. Inland chamber and coastal chamber attempted to bring the chambers into full play, which plays a certain role in Chinese contemporary history.
