依法治国视野下大学生法治观念培养研究

On the Training of Law Concept of Undergraduates from the perspective of Ruling by Law

在建设社会主义法治国家、全面推进依法治国的形势下,高校承担着培养法治人才的历史使命和重要责任,是攸关法治国家建设成败的一项意义深远的战略性工程。对目前大学生的法治观念进行调查分析,结果表明大学生的法治观念不够成熟且略带矛盾性。为此,对高校法治教育提出相应的改革优化策略,以引导大学生增强法治意识,对依法治国战略做出回应。

In the situation where a socialist country under the rule of law is built and the concept of ruling by law is promoted comprehensively, relevant authorities of universities assume the mission or responsibility of training such talents, a very significant project relevant to the construction of socialist country of ruling by law. The investigation into the undergraduates about their attitude towards law shows that they show little or no concern about the ruling by law or they show conflicting attitude towards this idea. Therefore, some strategies of improving the education about law promotion have been propounded.
