摘要
目的制备可以在体内缓慢释放、发挥疗效的凝胶骨架片。方法以体外释放度的测定为考察指标,用单因素考察法对填充剂、骨架材料和干粘合剂进行筛选和优化。结果通过对主要辅料的筛选和优化得到最终处方,其中MCC占32.4%,HPMC K4M占25%,HPMC K100M占12%。结论所制备的缓释片外观良好,体外释放行为符合要求。
Objective To prepare the indapamide gel-matrix sustained-release tablets which can release slowly and steadily in vivo.Methods The matrix,fillers and dry binders were screened and optimized by single-factor test method with releasing degree in vitro as an indicator.Results The proportion of the main excipients in the final formulation was presented as follows:MCC 32.4%,HPMC K4 M 25%,HPMC K100 M 12%.Conclusion The prepared tablets have good appearance and release behavior in vitro.
