新型炼焦系统性能分析

摘要 以生产气化焦炭或半焦的中低温炼焦技术有利于拓宽炼焦煤资源、降低炼焦能耗。本文基于物料平衡与能量平衡,对以供热煤燃烧为热量来源的新型炼焦系统进行了性能分析,同时提出了新型炼焦系统的性能评价指标E_(HG),通过比较不同温度下的E_(HG),发现当炼焦温度在650℃至700℃之间时,E_(HG)迅速增大,系统能耗迅速增加,选择低于650℃的炼焦温度有利于获得较好的系统性能。 The mid- and low-temperature coal coking technology for gasification coke or char production can broaden the source of coking coal and low down the energy consumption of coking.The performance of the novel coal coking system is analyzed based on material balance and energy balance.And E_(hg) is proposed to evaluate the performance of the system.The result shows that.E_(hg)dramatically increases when the coking temperature is between 650℃ and 700℃,which means a rapid increase in energy consumption.So the system with the coking temperature below 650℃ would have better performance than that with higher coking temperature.
