摘要
以饱和湿空气模拟烟气,实验研究了饱和湿空气-水在模拟喷淋填料塔内的流动与换热.结果表明,内置不同结构和材料的填料时,随着饱和湿空气进口温度的增加,饱和湿空气的流动阻力降低,换热增强;随着喷淋水流量和饱和湿空气流速的增大,阻力与换热均增加.通过对比发现,填料的亲水性越好,热导率越大,饱和湿空气的流阻越小,换热特性越好.
With saturated moist air as the simulated flue gas,the flow and heat transfer of saturated moist air- water in the simulated spray packing tower was experimentally studied.The results showed that with packing of different structures and material arranged the flow resistance decreased and heat transfer coefficient increased along with the increasing of inlet moist air temperature.And both the flow resistance and heat transfer coefficient decreased along with the increasing of circulating water flow flux and inlet moist air velocity.By contrast it was found that better surface wettability and larger thermal conductivity led to smaller flow resistance and better heat transfer characteristics.
