摘要
通过ICP-AES法、石墨炉原子吸收光谱法和原子荧光法联用测定对叶大戟中Fe、Cu、Zn、Cr、Cd、Pd、As、Hg 8种微量元素的含量。采用微波消解法,选用浓HNO_3-H_2O_2体系消解样品,配合ICP-AES法、石墨炉原子吸收光谱法和原子荧光法测定。结果证明,该方法线性关系良好,平均回收率在96.6%~112.0%之间。方法快速、干扰较少、回收率好,实验操作简单、快速且能满足中药材中微量元素含量的测定。
The GF-AAS,ICP-AES and AFS were developed for determination of eight trace elements,Fe,Cu,Zn,Cr,Pd,Cd,As and Hg in Euphorbia sororia. After microwave digestion,the samples were digested with HNO_3-H_2O_2 and the optimal condition for using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry,atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry and ICP-AES. All calibration curves showed good linearity,the average recovery rate were 96. 6% ~ 112. 0%. This method is rapidity,less disturbance,the good recovery rate,simple and rapid operation and it was satisfied the determination of selected mineral elements in Chinese medicines.
