电导检测离子色谱法同时测定饮用水中溴化物和碘化物 被引量:10

摘要 运用电导检测离子色谱法对饮用水中溴化物和碘化物的测定做了研究。采用IonPac AS23型阴离子分离柱,40mmol/L KOH为淋洗液,流速为1.0 m L/min,抑制型电导检测溴化物和碘化物。线性范围:0.140 8~2.036 mg/L(Br-)、0.132 5~2.042 mg/L(I-);相关系数:R=0.999 5(Br-)、R=0.999 6(I-);检出限:0.008 0 mg/L(Br-)、0.004 0 mg/L(I-);加标回收率:82.6%~93.2%(Br-),96.0%~111.9%(I-);精密度:0.21%~1.20%(Br-)、0.17%~1.19%(I-)。此方法操作简单、分析时间短、分离效果好、检出限低、灵敏度高,适用于饮用水中溴化物和碘化物的测定。 A method for determination of bromide and iodide in drinking water was established by ion chromatography with conductivity detection. It was based on ICS separation under the condition of 40 mmol / L potassium hydroxide eluent and flow rate of1. 0 m L / min by using the Ion Pac AS23 anion separation column and suppressed conductivity detector. The method showed a good linear correlation at the range of 0. 140 8 ~ 2. 036 mg / L( Br-,R = 0. 999 5) and 0. 132 5 ~ 2. 042 mg/L( I-,R = 0. 999 6). The method detection limit of Br-( 0. 008 0 mg/L) and I-( 0. 004 0 mg/L) were achieved. The result showed that the recoveries of Br-and I-were in the range of 82. 6% ~ 93. 2% and 96. 0% ~ 111. 9%,and the RSD of Br-and I-were in the range of0. 21% ~ 1. 20% and 0. 17% ~ 1. 19% respectively. The operation of this method is simple,quick in analysis and has good separation effect with high sensitivity and low detection limit,which is suitable for quantitation of bromide and iodide in drinking water.
