基于改进Kano模型的乳制品质量控制满意度分析——对长春市乳制品消费者的调查

An analysis on the diary product's quality control satisfaction based on the improved Kano model——Taking a survey of Changchun city's diary consumers as an example

乳制品质量安全事故的频繁发生使得消费者对我国乳品行业产生信任危机,致使我国乳制品行业的发展陷入瓶颈。文章基于乳制品供应链理论与Kano模型的理论研究,以乳制品供应链各个环节为对象进行问卷设计,分析研究消费者对乳制品各质量控制要素的满意度,进而确定企业社会责任意识、企业生产技术及设备、销售环境及政府监管力度是影响乳制品质量安全的关键因素,并据此提出了相应的政策建议,为保障乳制品质量安全、提高乳品企业核心竞争力明确了方向。

The frequent occurrence of safety accidents in dairy product quality makes the consumers produce a crisis of confidence in China＇ s di- ary industry, which results in the development of China＇ dairy industry into bottleneck. This paper designs questionnaire taking each link of the dairy supply chain as an object based on the theories of the dairy supply chain and the Kano model, and analyses the consumers＇ satisfaction to every eldment of quality control for dairy products. Furthermore, the paper determines that the awareness of corporate social responsibility, eor- perate production technology and equipment, sales environment, and the degree of government supervision, are key factors affecting the quality and safety of dairy products. Finally, it puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations to provide a dear direction for ensuring the qual- ity and safety of dairy production and improving the core competitiveness of dairy enterprises.
