摘要
弓形虫作为一种胞内寄生原虫给人类的健康及畜牧业的发展带来严重危害。文章详细介绍了弓形虫表面抗原、致密颗粒蛋白及棒状体蛋白等侵入相关抗原,并对弓形虫侵入宿主细胞的过程和相关机制进行了阐述;同时,还概述了宿主感染虫体后所发生的细胞及体液免疫应答,并对未来弓形虫的相关研究进行了展望。
Toxoplasma gondii as a kind of intraceUular parasite causes serious harm to human health and the development of animal husbandry. This paper introduces the invasive - related antigens of Toxoplasma gondii in detail, such as surface antigen, dense granule protein, rhoptry protein and so on, and expounds the process of invading host cells by Toxoplasma gondii and the invasion - related mechanism. Meanwhile, the paper also outlines the cellular and humoral immune responses after infection of host cells by Toxoplasma gondii, and looks into the prospect on the future research of Toxoplasma gondii.
