摘要
为了研发稳定的鸡精液稀释技术,提高冷藏精液孵化率,在前期改进的YHFB鸡精液稀释液基础上,从在不同稀释比例的精液中添加番茄红素、精液稀释后储存6 h等方面,在种鸡场进行孵化效果研究。结果表明:采集精液后不稀释立即冷藏,可以采集大量样品对精子密度与活力同时集中检测。试验建立的与正常生产输精同步进行的多组试验设计表直观明了,有利于鸡精液稀释技术多组试验在种鸡场进行孵化率检测。在精液稀释液中添加抗氧化剂番茄红素后立即输精,对孵化率提高不显著(P>0.05);YHFB稀释液对精液1∶1稀释冷藏6小时时进行人工输精,方案可行。
To develop a stable dilution technique of chicken semen, and improve the hatchability rate of refrigerated semen, the hatching effects were studied in chicken breeding farm from the addition of lycopene in the different dilution ratios of semen, semen stored for 6 h after dilution, etc based on the YHFB chicken semen diluents at the early stage. The results showed that a large number of samples could be collected for the centralized testing of sperm motility and density simultaneously when the undiluted semen was refrigerated immediately after collection. The multi -group experimental design charts that established by the test and synchronized with normal production, were intuitive and clear, and conducive to carry out of the detection of hatchability in the multi - group experiments for the dilution technique of chicken semen at the breed- ing farm. The increase of hatchability rate was notsignificant( P 〉 0.05 ) when the semen was inseminated immediately after adding the antioxi- dam lycopene into the semen diluents. The scheme was feasible that the semen diluted at a ratio of 1 : 1 with the YHFB diluents, was refrigerated for 6 h to conduct artificial insemination.
