水貂奇异变形杆菌的分离鉴定

Isolation and identification of mink Proteus mirabilis

为了鉴定吉林某养貂场病死水貂肺脏中分离的一株革兰氏阴性菌(菌株编号为QSQY),试验对该菌株进行了生化鉴定试验及药敏试验,同时用16S r DNA基因通用引物对该菌株进行PCR测序分析。结果表明:该菌株为奇异变形杆菌(Proteus mirabilis),对阿米卡星、厄他培南及β-内酰胺类药物高度敏感。

To identify a strain of Gram -negative bacteria （numbered as QSQY） isolated from the lung of a dead mink from a mink farm in Ji- fin, the bacterial strain was used for biochemical identification and drug sensitivity tests. Meanwhile, 16S rDNA gene universal primers were used for PCR sequencing analysis of the bacterial strain. The results showed that the bacterial strain was Proteus mirabilis, and highly sensitive to amikacin, ertapenem and β-lactams.
