摘要
通过用液相色谱法与紫外分光光度法测定甲醛含量的实验对比,发现这两种方法的实验数据差异,分析造成实验数据差异的原因,找出了液相色谱法与紫外分光光度法测定皮革甲醛含量的主要干扰因素及解决办法。
Difference of experimental data was found through test comparison of formaldehyde content determining by liquid chromatography and UV spectrophotometry. The cause of experimental data difference was analyzed. Besides the main interference factor of leather formaldehyde content determining by liquid chromatography and UV spectrophotometry, the solution methods were also found.
