2-丁醇气相脱氢制备甲乙酮催化工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用固定床反应器,以2-丁醇为原料,在铜系(CuO/ZnO/Al_2O_3/CeO_2)催化剂上,临氢条件下,气相催化脱氢制备甲乙酮。探索研究了反应温度、液时空速和氢醇物质摩尔比、反应压力等因素对合成反应的影响。在反应温度285℃、液时空速4.0h^(-1)、氢醇物质摩尔比5.0、反应压力2.0MPa的条件下,2-丁醇转化率达94%以上,甲乙酮选择性达91%以上。 The dehydrogenation of 2-butanol to methyl ethyl ketone over copper-based catalyst at atmospheric pressure had been carried out in a fixed-bed reactor. The effects of reaction factors such as temperature, liquid hourly space velocity (LHSV), H2/2-butanol molar ratio, pressure were studied. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows: 285 ℃ of reaction temperature, 4.0 h^-1 of LHSV,5.0 of H2/2-butanol molar ratio, 2.0 MPa of reaction pressure. As a result, the conversion of 2-butanol reached over 94% and the selectivity of methyl ethyl ketone was above 91%.
