摘要
针对武汉中心工程塔楼临时消防重难点,提出一种"立面分区、分级泵送、水箱中转、重力补给"的临时消防体系,并采用正式消防替代临时消防提高了消防安全性,通过在模架顶部设置消防水箱保证了模架消防零空档,利用变频泵、雨水回收系统、采取合理的消防体系及临时消防与正式消防交互使用,满足绿色施工的需求,利用施工电梯、塔式起重机、泵管架形成的多通道逃生系统解决了塔楼疏散难题,最后详细介绍了武汉中心工程临时消防安全管理理念。
Based on temporary fire protection difficulty of Wuhan Center tower,this paper puts forward a fire protection system including facade division,grade pumping,water tank transfer,gravity supply,and uses formal fire protection system instead of temporary fire protection system to improve fire safety,ensures the zero gaps of fire protection system by setting the water tank at the top of frame. Variable frequency pump,rain water recycling system,rational fire protection system,interaction of temporary and formal fire protection system all meet the requirement of green construction. The multi-channel escape system consists of construction elevator,tower crane and pump pipe rack,which solves the evacuation problem of the tower. Finally,this paper introduces the safety management concept of temporary fire protection system of Wuhan Center project.
