摘要
根据武汉中心工程65层酒店大堂的建筑功能要求,66层转换结构高度需限定在1.2m以内。在巨型框架结构、巨型悬挂结构的基础上,结合过程设计方法和先进卸载技术,将65层以上外框结构设计为逐级成型的上挂下承结构,利用顶部环带桁架悬挂减少下部转换大梁的承载力,以实现建筑功能需求,并系统地介绍其原理。该结构形式新颖,在400m以上超高层建筑中首次采用,较好地解决了结构受限问题,取得较大效益。
According to the building functional requirements of the hotel lobby in the No. 65 floor of Wuhan Center,the transfer structure height in the No. 66 floor must be limited within 1. 2m. On the basis of the mega frame structure and the giant suspension structure,combined with process design method and advanced unloading technology,the outer frame structure above the No. 65 floor is designed as the gradually forming structure with upper pulling and lower compression,the top ring truss suspension reduces bearing capacity of the lower transfer beam, in order to realize the building functional requirements,this paper systematically introduces its principle. The structure is novel and used in more than 400 m building for the first time,which solves the problem of structural constraint and the benefits are achieved.
