摘要
上挂下承结构是一种次结构内同一根柱上段受拉下段受压的结构形式,可有效降低下部转换结构的负荷,但其施工过程较为复杂,其中后装段卸载是实现上部结构悬挂的关键。针对武汉中心工程逐步成型的上挂下承结构后装段,从卸载主动控制目标确定、精确可调的同步卸载装置设计、卸载工艺流程以及卸载过程中的数据监控等方面详细介绍了卸载主动控制技术,实现了后装段卸载的平稳、安全、可控。
The upper pulling and lower compression structure is a structure type which the same column is pulled and compressed at the same time within the secondary structure,which can effectively reduce the load of the structure of the lower part of the conversion,but the construction process is complex,the later installed section is the key process to achieve the upper segment structure hanging. Based on the upper pulling and lower compression structure of Wuhan Center project,this paper introduces active control technology of the unloading in detail,from active control targeting of the unloading,designing of the precisely adjustable synchronization unloading device, unloading process and unloading process monitoring and so on,the unloading process of later installed section is smooth,safe and controllable.
