摘要
金寨县新建新桃大桥施工中,在陡坡岩质河床上进行深水围堰基础施工是一项重要且难度较大的工序。特别是在围堰工程中,深水水下施工复杂、不易控制且贯穿于整个施工组织设计,最突出的即是深水水下水泥砂浆灌注环节。为了有效确定水下水泥砂浆的凝结时间以及最优配合比,开展了水泥砂浆扩散的室内试验,以指导实际工程中水泥砂浆的灌注。室内试验安装根据现场施工,采用相似比关系进行确定。试验中,采用了不同的纵坡坡度以及不同的碎石层粗糙度以模拟实际工况,并开展了多组试验。最后对试验结果进行了分析和讨论。
Based on Xintao Bridge engineering in Jinzhai county. In this practical engineering,cofferdam foundation construction is a key segment. In the cofferdam engineering,deep water construction is a very difficult issue to be addressed in the whole process,and the grouting technique of cement mortar is a total operation underwater. For the purpose of determining the setting time of cement mortar underwater as well as an optimal mix proportion,an indoor experiment of cement mortar diffusion is carried out,which is aimed at inferring the grouting process in the practical engineering. The installed devices of the laboratory test are determined according to the similarity ratio. In this test,different gradients of longitudinal slopes and different kinds of thickness of gravel layer are taken into account,and some combinational tests are carried out. According to an analysis of the presented results,the practical construction can be guided.
