摘要
结合重庆轨道交通环线高家花园大桥索塔工程,详细介绍了索塔施工资源配置,液压爬模施工技术,具体包括液压爬模系统组成、索塔液压爬模施工、南北岸爬模的异同点;总结了索塔施工辅助技术,包括循环劲性骨架、索导管大管套小管安装技术、环向预应力施工技术以及施工通道设置。
Based on the cable tower construction of Gaojiahuayuan Bridge for Chongqing rail transit loop line,this paper introduces the resource allocation in cable tower construction,construction technology of hydraulic climbing formwork,including the composition of hydraulic climbing formwork system,hydraulic climbing formwork construction of cable tower,and the same and different points of hydraulic climbing formwork on the north and south bank. In addition,this paper summarizes the aided technology in cable tower construction,including cycle stiff skeleton,installation of the steel conduits with big conduit bushing small conduit,prestressed construction along ring direction and construction passage setting.
