摘要 研究了不同搅拌工艺下配制的水泥沥青砂浆的早期性能,试验结果表明,干料和沥青乳液的加入顺序对水泥沥青砂浆的工作性能、含气量和抗压强度有明显影响,先加入沥青乳液的试样具有较高的含气量、较低的强度以及较好的流动度保持率。研究了铝粉不同加入方式对水泥沥青砂浆膨胀率及含气量的影响,试验结果表明,铝粉的加入方式对水泥沥青砂浆的膨胀率及含气量影响很大,初始慢搅1min后加入铝粉再慢搅30min的加入方式可以得到膨胀率较合适的水泥沥青砂浆及较稳定的含气量。 The effect of different mixing processes on the early properties of cement asphalt mortar was studied. The results indicate that the mixing sequence of mixtures and asphalt emulsion has a significant effect on the workability,air content and compressive strength of cement asphalt mortar,when the asphalt emulsion and water were uniformly mixed before the mixtures were added to the liquid,the samples prepared has high air content,low compressive strength and stable fluidity. The effect of adding method of aluminum powder on the expansion rate and air content was also studied. The results indicate that the expansion rate and air content were greatly influenced by the adding method. Cement asphalt mortar prepared with the adding method of low mixing for 1min before adding aluminum powder and then slow mixing for 30 min has proper expansion rate and stable air content.
