摘要
新型数字化钢结构支撑体系是目前建筑行业大力推广的最先进的规格化式支撑体系,该体系改变了传统支撑体系的扣接连接方式,用规格化尺寸的钢构件实现承插式连接,该体系具有省工省时、安全高效、美观环保、简单易操作等优点。通过实验室模拟静力加载试验研究了该体系支撑龙骨在正常使用极限状态及承载能力极限状态情况下的各项力学性能参数。理论计算结果和试验研究结果对比表明,该体系的主次龙骨及立杆的强度、刚度和稳定性均能满足现行施工规范要求,表明在正常施工荷载作用下该支撑体系安全可靠。
Digital steel structure support system is the most advanced standard type support system in construction industry now. The system changed the traditional way of hooking connection by socket type.It has the advantages such as saving labor and saving time,safe and high efficiency,environmental protection,simple and easy to operate and so on. In this paper,all mechanical performance parameters of the system are studied through laboratory simulation of the static loading in serviceability limit state and bearing capacity limit state. The theoretical calculation results and comparison of experimental results showed that the strength,stiffness and stability of the primary and secondary keel and the vertical rod met the requirements of the current construction specifications,and the system is safe and reliable.
