摘要
把主龙骨简化为多跨连续梁,把次龙骨简化为简支梁,验算了主次龙骨及立杆的强度、刚度和稳定性,计算结果表明该新型数字化钢结构支撑体系安全可靠;现场试验研究了该体系主要受力构件在施工过程中的应力、应变关系,结果表明该支撑体系在整个施工过程中稳定可靠,并且与其配套使用的PVC复合塑料模板也能够满足施工要求;对钢结构支撑体系建立了三维模型进行有限元分析,当荷载达到峰值时,体系各部件的应力均处于弹性工作状态,变形在合理范围之内,表明该体系安全可靠。
The main keel is simplified as a continuous multi-span beam and the minor keel is simplified as a simply supported beam in this paper. The strength stiffness and stability of the main and minor keels are checked based on the simplified model,and the calculation results show that the digital steel structure supporting system is safe and reliable. The stress and strain relationship of the main component in the construction process is conducted in the worksite. The experimental results show that the digital steel structure supporting system is safe and reliable in different construction process. At the same time,the PVC formwork system meets the construction requirements very well. At last,the finite element analysis based on the 3-dimensional model established shows that the stress and strain of every member are in a reasonable range when the construction loading reaches the extreme value.
