摘要 以纳米石墨薄片(NanoG)对环氧树脂(EP)进行改性,制得NanoG-EP导电屏蔽接地涂层。通过测试体积电阻率、表面电阻,并利用扫描电镜分析了涂层的导电性能和分散性能。研究表明:当m(NanoG):m(EP)=7.5%,纳米石墨薄片采用偶联剂预处理时,纳米石墨薄片均匀分散于环氧树脂中,涂层体积电阻率为1.68Ω·cm,达到固体绝缘环网柜表面导电屏蔽接地层使用要求。 Novel NanoG-EP conductive shield ground coatings are prepared by using nano-graphite sheets (NanoG) to modify the epoxy resin (EP). The conductivity and dispersion pertormance of the coating is analyzed by the test of volume resistivity, surface resistance and scanning electron microscopy and so on. The result shows that the nano graphite flake evenly disperses in tile epoxy resin and the volume resistivity of the coatings is 1.68 ~'cm when the ratio of m(NanoG) and m(EP) is equal to 7.5% and using the coupling agent pretreatment of nano graphite flake, satisfying the requirement of the conductive shield ground coating on the solid insulation ring network cabinet surface.
