摘要 电气和电子设备(如高压隔离开关或断路器)在切换的瞬间,会产生各种类型的瞬变骚扰,以电快速脉冲群(EFT/B)为例,详细介绍了一种将由许多快速瞬变脉冲组成的脉冲耦合到电气和电子设备的电源端口的不确定度,重点分析了瞬变单脉冲的脉冲上升时间、脉冲持续时间、峰值电压、重复频率、脉冲群持续时间和脉冲群周期的不确定度的评定。对测量结果的质量给出了定量的说明,确定了测量结果的可信度。 There are various types of electrical fast transient (EFT) disturbance in electrical and electronic equipment (such as high- voltage isolation switch or circuit breaker) when switching between the equipments. Taking the EFT as a case, the paper introduces the measurement uncertainty, which couples many fast transient pulses into the power point of the electrical and electronic equipment, and focuses on the assessment for measurement uncertainty of transient single-pulse rise time, pulse duration, peak voltage, repetition frequency, pulse train duration and pulse train period. In the end, the paper illustrates the accuracy of measuring quantitatively, and determines the reliability of the measurement results.
