摘要
目的:探讨行为分阶段转变理论在腹膜透析患者导管自我护理行为中的应用效果。方法:将90例腹膜透析患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组采用传统健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上进行以行为分阶段转变理论为基础的护理干预,两组均干预6个月。在患者入院1周内和实施干预6个月后均进行自我护理所处阶段评估,并于干预后6个月观察比较两组腹膜透析导管并发症发生情况、自我护理行为及自我护理行为所处阶段。结果:观察组腹膜透析导管并发症发生情况、导管自我护理能力、自我护理行为所处阶段(除准备阶段)均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以行为分阶段转变理论为基础的护理干预可提高腹膜透析患者导管自我护理能力,改善患者的健康行为。
Objective: To explore the application effect of transtheoretical model of behavior change in self- care behavior of catheter in patients with peritoneal dialysis. Methods: 90 patients with peritoneal dialysis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group( 45 cases in each group). The conventional health education was conducted in the control group and nursing intervention was additionally provided for the patients in the observation group according to the transtheoretical model of behavior change,the intervention lasted for 6 months in the two groups. The self- care behavior of the patients was evaluated within one week after admission and after implementation of the intervention for 6 months and the incidence of catheter- induced complications and self- care behavior of the patients were observed and compared between the two groups after the intervention for 6 months. Results: The incidence of catheter- induced complications,the self- care ability of the catheter and the self- care behavior were less and better in the observation group than the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The nursing intervention based on transtheoretical model of behavior change can improve the self- care ability and the health behavior of patients with peritoneal dialysis.
