老年慢性病患者家庭关怀度与心理幸福感相关性研究

A study on the correlation between family care degree and psychological well- being in elderly patients with chronic diseases

目的:探讨老年慢性病患者家庭关怀度与心理幸福感的关系。方法:采用家庭关怀度指数问卷量表(FAI)和心理幸福感量表(PWE)对100例老年慢性病患者进行调查,分析家庭关怀度与心理幸福感之间的相关性。结果:本组老年慢性病患者FAI总评分为(5.73±2.51)分,家庭关怀度高者PWE总评分高于家庭关怀度低者(P<0.01);相关性分析显示,PWE与FAI得分呈高度正相关性(P<0.01)。结论:老年慢性病患者家庭关怀度低是影响其心理幸福感的重要变量因素,因此提高老年慢性病患者家庭关怀度有助于增强其心理幸福感,提高心理健康水平。

Objective： To explore the relationship between family care degree and psychological well- being of elderly patients with chronic diseases. Methods： FAI and PWE were used to investigate 100 elderly patients with chronic diseases,and the correlation between family care degree and psychological well- being was analyzed. Results： The total score of FAI of elderly patients with chronic disease was5. 73 ± 2. 51 points and the total score of PWE was higher in those who had higher family care degree than those who had lower family care degree（ P〈0. 01）; the correlation analysis showed that PWE and FAI scores were highly positive correlated（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The lower family care degree is the important variable factors to affect psychological well- being of elderly patients with chronic diseases,so the improvement of family care degree can enhance their psychological well- being and mental health.
