摘要
本文以项目施工成本控制为主线,着重分析了项目施工成本控制的现状,并对项目施工中遇到的成本控制问题进行了深入剖析,阐述了问题产生的原因,论述了成本控制的方法,为施工企业项目施工成本控制起到了较强的借鉴作用。
