本文针对外贸企业风险管理现状,提出全面风险管理体系构建顶层设计理念和具体流程设计,并结合外贸企业面临的国别风险、信用风险以及合同风险提出应对策略,完善外贸企业风险管理。通过应用成效,证明该方法的有效性。

According to the current risk management situation of foreign trade enterprises, this paper puts forward the specific process design to build the top-level design ideas by the comprehensive risk management system. Combined with the country risk, credit risk and contract risk of the foreign trade enterprises, the countermeasures are put forward to perfect the risk management of foreign trade enterprises.The validity of this method is proved by the effect of results.
