摘要
本文主要采用电化学工作站,借助三因素三水平正交实验法,考虑温度参数,研究缓蚀阻垢剂及酸洗液加入三元复合驱溶液后的腐蚀行为,分析加入不同种类和不同量时对套管P110钢的腐蚀行为影响,确定影响腐蚀的主次因素。研究结果表明:在温度为30℃、不含酸洗液以及缓蚀阻垢剂浓度为175 mg/L时,该介质对P110钢的腐蚀性影响最小。温度是影响套管P110钢腐蚀的主要因素,其次是残余酸液浓度,最后为缓蚀阻垢剂。在一定范围内,套管钢的腐蚀速度随温度升高而加快,随着阻垢剂和残余酸洗液含量的增加,腐蚀速率增加程度较小。
The electrochemical corrosion behavior of P110 casing steel in ASP flooding with different concentration of corrosion-scale inhibitor and pickler was studied by electrochemical workstation. The effects of the temperature, concentration of corrosion-scale inhibitor and pickler on corrosion behavior were investigated. The influenced factor was determined by orthogonal experimental design. The results showed that the corrosion resistance of P110 steel was lowest at the conditions of 30℃, 175 mg/L corrosion-scale inhibitor and no pickler content. The temperature is the main factor that affect the corrosion resistance of P110 steel, the second is pickler, and the orrosion-scale inhibitor is the last. The corrosion resistance decreased with the increasing of temperature. The appears a little increase with the corrosionscale inhibitor and pickler.
