摘要
近年来,随着电子商务的快速发展,由快递包装带来的快递垃圾越来越多,逐渐开始影响我们的生活。本文主要利用问卷调查法,对300位电商从业人员,辅以访谈及实地观察法,发现快递包装存在过度包装现象,通过因子分析法发现,影响快递过度包装的因素有包装指导因素、快递服务因素、商品因素、快递垃圾了解程度。通过建立快递过度包装及影响因素模型,发现四大影响因素都与快递过度包装呈正相关关系。通过进一步的分析,本文就如何规范快递包装,进而减少快递垃圾提出了建议。
In recent years, along with the rapid development of electronic commerce, more and more packaging waste appeared. In this paper, 300 electric business professionals, we found that the phenomenon of over-packing is serious. Through factor analysis we found that the factors influencing excessive packaging were packaging guidelines factors, express delivery services, specialty of the goods, express garbage knowledge. In the paper, measures were made to regulate the express package, and then reduce the courier.
