EBV阳性经典型霍奇金淋巴瘤继发外周T细胞淋巴瘤一例报告并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 1病例报告1．1临床表现患者男，72岁，2011-03—05无意中发现双颈部淋巴结肿，就诊于宁海人民医院行颈部淋巴结活检，并送至本院会诊，病理诊断为霍奇金淋巴瘤（混合细胞型）。于2011—09—25行全身化疗，肿块完全消失。患者定期当地医院随访。2014—07—13患者发现左上颈部隆起结节，结节逐渐增大伴有肿胀。
