对普通高校成人学历教育管理模式的研究

Research on Adult Education Management Model of Colleges and Universities

随着社会发展对知识人才的需要,普通高校的成人教育逐渐普及,已成为高等教育的重要组成部分。文章从现行成人教育管理模式分类、构成要素、结构特征着手,分析我国现行成人教育发展面临的主要问题,以及需要进行哪些方面的改革创新,旨在进一步促进成人教育更好地为社会服务。

With the social development,there appears a higher need for knowledge and expertise. The adult education of colleges and universities popularizes gradually and it has become an important part of higher education. On the basis of existing adult education management pattern classification,components,and structural characteristics,this article is to analyze the main problems faced by the current development of adult education,and bring forward the reflection on what reform and innovation need to be implemented,which is intended to further promote adult education as well as to better serve the community.
