Nd:YAG激光与极固宁治疗牙本质敏感症的疗效比较研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:评价Nd:YAG激光和极固宁(局部脱敏剂)治疗牙本质过敏的疗效。方法:选取2014年3月-2015年3月于本院就诊的牙本质过敏症患者27例共135颗患牙为研究对象,以半口对照原则将每位患者左右两侧的患牙随机分为Nd:YAG激光组和极固宁组,Nd:YAG激光组共69颗患牙,极固宁组共66颗患牙。评价两组治疗后1、3、6个月的疗效。结果:Nd:YAG激光组和极固宁组均获得了较高的短期疗效,治疗1、3、6个月后,两组患者疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Nd:YAG激光和极固宁脱敏治疗均可有效改善因牙本质暴露所致的牙本质敏感症状,两种方法的短期疗效比较无明显差异。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of Nd:YAG laser therapy and Jiguning(topical desensitising agents) in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity. Method:Twenty-seven patients(135 teeth)with dentin hypersensitivity because of gingival recession in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were devided into Nd:YAG laser group and Jiguning group according to half mouth control principle,69 teeth in the Nd:YAG laser group and 66 teeth in the Jiguning group.The curative effect was evaluated 1,3 and 6 months after treatment.Result:At the time points of one month,three months and six months,both of the Nd:YAG laser group and the Jiguning group provided a significant reduction in dentine hypersensitivity,but there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Both of the Nd:YAG laser therapy and Jiguning are effective in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity,but there is no significant difference in the curative effect between the two methods.
