小儿麻醉采用骶管麻醉复合七氟醚的应用效果分析

Analysis on the Application Effect of Caudal Anesthesia Combined with Sevoflurane in Pediatric Anesthesia

目的:分析小儿麻醉采用骶管麻醉复合七氟醚的应用效果。方法:选择本院2013年1月-2015年1月收治的择期手术患儿70例作为研究对象,将其采用随机数字表法分成试验组和对照组,每组35例,对照组给予七氟醚麻醉,试验组给予骶管麻醉复合七氟醚麻醉,对两组患儿各个时点的平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR),诱导时间及苏醒时间进行对比分析。结果:试验组各个时点的MAP、HR值均低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的诱导时间、苏醒时间均短于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿麻醉中采用骶管麻醉复合七氟醚麻醉具有比较显著的麻醉效果,麻醉过程比较平稳,患儿苏醒时间短,安全性较高,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective：To analyze the effects of caudal anesthesia combined with Sevoflurane in pediatric anesthesia.Method：70 cases of children with elective surgery in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with each group 35 cases.The control group was given Sevoflurane anesthesia,the experimental group was given caudal anesthesia combined with Sevoflurane.The mean arterial pressure（MAP） and heart rate（HR） at different time points,the induction time and the recovery time were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Result：The values of MAP and HR at different time points in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The induction time and recovery time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Caudal anesthesia combined with Sevoflurane in pediatric anesthesia can receive significant anesthesia effect,the anesthesia process is smooth,the wake up time of children is short and the security is higher,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
