摘要
目的:研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者丘脑氢质子磁共振波谱(1H-MRS)的特点。方法:选择2011年12月-2015年1月本院收治的COPD患者36例作为患者组,33名健康志愿者作为对照组。所有入组对象均采用1H-MRS检测双侧丘脑的N-乙酰基天门冬氨酸(NAA)、胆碱复合物(Cho)和肌酸复合物(Cr),比较两组NAA/Cr、Cho/Cr值并分析其与发病年数的关系。结果:患者组双侧丘脑NAA/Cr值均显著低于对照组,双侧丘脑Cho/Cr值均显著高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者组双侧丘脑NAA/Cr值均与发病年数呈显著性负相关,双侧丘脑Cho/Cr值均与发病年数呈显著性正相关(P<0.05)。结论:慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者存在丘脑神经元的代谢异常。
Objective:To identify the features of hydrogen proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H-MRS) in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method:36 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital from December 2011 to January 2015 were selected as the patients group,33 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.Their NAA,Cho and Cr of the thalamus were tested by 1H-MRS.The values of NAA/Cr and Cho/Cr were compared between the two groups.The relationships between the values of NAA/Cr,Cho/Cr and attack years were analyzed.Result:The NAA/Cr ratios of the bilateral thalamus in the patients group were lower than those in the control group,the Cho/Cr ratios of the bilateral thalamus in the patients group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).The NAA/Cr ratios of the bilateral thalamus had significant negative correlations with attack years,the Cho/Cr ratios of the bilateral thalamus had significant positive correlations with attack years(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Abnormal metabolism of neurons existed in the thalamus of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
