近十年我国辅导员研究的主题分析——对CNKI“辅导员”高被引论文(2005-2014年)的内容调查

Subject Analysis of Research on College Advisors' Work in the Last Decade

对"辅导员"高频被引论文的内容分析结果显示,我国"辅导员"研究的主题依次聚焦于辅导员队伍的专业化、职业化、专家化建设,高校辅导员队伍建设的一般性探讨,辅导员角色和职责定位,辅导员素质、能力及考核,辅导员职业倦怠的表现、成因与对策,辅导员工作开展的方式、方法,高校辅导员制度的历史演变等方面。但存有同一主题下研究内容近似度高,学术原创性较低;研究范式过于单一;解决策略可操作性欠缺等问题。

Content analysis of highly cited papers that are authored by college advisors shows the sub- jects that are mostly dealt with are： the professionalization and specialization of college advisors, gen- eral discussion of the team construction, role definition and function orientation of advisors, their quality, competence and evaluation, signs and causes of job burnout they experience and solutions to it, the ways college advisors are doing their job, and the evolution of the college advisors system in China. Problems with the research include high degree of approximation, low academic originality, lack of variety in the research paradigm and poor operability of suggested solutions.
