人性化健康教育在髋关节置换术围手术期护理中的应用价值 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨人性化健康教育在髋关节置换术围手术期护理中的应用价值。方法:选取本院骨一科髋关节置换术患者69例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组34例采用常规护理及健康教育,观察组35例在常规护理的基础上采用人性化健康教育,比较两组护理效果。结果:护理前,两组HAMD评分及HAMA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组HAMD评分及HAMA评分均明显低于护理前,其中观察组HAMD评分及HAMA评分明显低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对围手术期注意事项、疾病知识、饮食要求、自我管理知识等健康知识掌握率明显高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对围手术期护理方法、知识讲解、病房环境、服务态度与交流方式的健康教育满意率明显高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意率明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化健康教育在髋关节置换术围手术期护理中具有重要的应用价值,有助于改善患者负面情绪、健康知识掌握程度、健康教育满意度及护理满意度,有利于提高护理质量及患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To explore the application value of human health education in perioperative nursing of hip joint replacement.Method: 69 patients with hip joint replacement in the first orthopedics department of our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups.34 cases in the control group were given conventional nursing.35 cases in the observation group were given humanized health education on the base of conventional nursing.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Result: Before treatment, the differences in HAMD score and HAMA score between the two groups were not statistically significant ( P〉0.05 ) .After nursing, the HAMD score and HAMA score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing, the HAMD score and HAMA score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) . The mastery rates of health knowledges ( perioperative precautions, disease knowledge, dietary requirements, self management knowledge ) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .The satisfaction rates of health educations ( perioperative nursing, knowledge explanation, ward environment, service attitude, communication mode )in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion: Human health education has important application value in perioperative nursing of hip joint replacement.h can help improving negative emotion, mastery degree of health knowledge, satisfaction of health education and nursing satisfaction.It can also help improving nursing quality and patients' quality of life.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
