痛经散贴敷神阙穴配合护理干预对原发性痛经患者临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Dysmenorrhea-San Application on Shenque Acupoint Combined with Nursing Intervention on Patients with Primary Dysmenorrhea

目的:探讨痛经散贴敷神阙穴配合护理干预对原发性痛经患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年1-8月本院接受诊治的76例原发性痛经患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(n=38)和对照组(n=38)。对照组采用常规治疗及口服散结痛胶囊,观察组在常规治疗基础上结合痛经散贴敷神阙穴配合护理干预治疗。两组疗程均为3个月经周期。对比分析两组治疗总有效率、治疗前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)及不良反应发生情况。结果:总有效率方面比较,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VAS评分方面比较,两组治疗后较治疗前均明显下降,且观察组治疗后明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:痛经散贴敷神阙穴配合护理干预对原发性痛经患者临床疗效显著,可明显减轻患者疼痛,安全可靠,具有重要研究价值。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Dysmenorrhea-San application on Shenque acupoint combined with nursing intervention on patients with primary dysmenorrbea.Method： 76 patients with primary dysmenorrhea from January 2015 to August 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group （ n=38 ） and control group （ n=38 ） .The control group were treated with routine treatment and oral Sanjie pain capsule, the observation group in the conventional treatment on the basis of combined with Dysmenorrhea- San application on Shenque acupoint with nursing intervention in the treatment. Two groups of treatment course was 3 menstrual cycle. The total effective rate, VAS and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result： The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . After treatment, the two groups＇ VAS score were significantly lower than before treatment, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .The two groups showed no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion： Dysmenorrhea-San application on Shenque acupoint with nursing intervention on primary dysmenorrhea in patients with clinical efficacy is significant, can significantly reduce the pain of patients, safe and reliable, with important research value.
