Construction of Work Team for College-Level Student Affairs with Focus on Moral Cultivation

立德树人是高等教育的根本任务,构建一支以高校辅导员为主体、以研究生导师、教务员和专业技术人员为辅助,以教授骨干为资深顾问的高校院系学生工作团队,是促进学生全面发展、健康成长成才的重要保障。院系学生工作团队的构建必须按照立德树人的要求,通过制定清晰目标、合理配置人员结构、规划明确任务、建立有效沟通、培育优秀团队文化等措施,汇聚教育合力,活化三全育人。

Moral cultivation is a fundamental task of higher education. Healthy growth and wholesome development of university students calls for a work team constituted of advisors, auxiliary graduate tutors, academic deans and professional teachers and advisory backbone professors. The work team at the college level must set clear--cut goals centering around students＇ moral cultivation. Rational per- sonnel makeup, clearly defined task, effective communication and fine team culture are all essential elements in educating students.
