摘要
大学生社团发展面临管理机制和方式滞后、吸引力和凝聚力不强等较普遍的问题。大学生社团凝聚力不强的主要原因和表现有缺乏指导老师、文化建设重视不够、社团干部队伍力量薄弱、社团成员流失率较高等方面。提出加强管理队伍建设、加强规划指导与分类引导、建立奖惩机制、举办素质拓展活动、建设积极向上的社团文化等建议。
Student associations in colleges and universities are commonly faced with problems such as outdated management styles and lack of appeal and cohesion. Absence of instructors, inadequate at- tention to cultural construction, limited leadership of the organizations and high churn rate are all a- mong the causes for the weak cohesion of student associations. This paper suggests to strengthen the management team construction, intensify both general and specific guidance, establish a good mecha- nism for rewards and punishments, conduct quality--developing activities and to build upbeat associa-tion culture.
