可吸收螺钉治疗踝关节骨折的临床疗效观察

The Efficacy Observation of Absorbable Screws in the Treatment of Ankle Fractures

目的:探讨可吸收螺钉治疗踝关节骨折的临床疗效。方法:筛选笔者所在医院2013年3月-2014年3月收治的踝关节骨折患者57例,其中对照组采用金属螺钉内固定手术治疗,观察组选用可吸收螺钉内固定手术治疗。结果:观察组愈合时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者骨折治疗后优良率明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用可吸收螺钉内固定法治疗踝关节骨折疗效显著,可显著提高骨折手术优良率,无需二次手术取钉,并且患者骨性愈合时间及住院时间较短。

Objective：To discuss the efficacy of absorbable screws in the treatment of ankle fractures.Method：57 cases with ankle fractures were selected from March 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital as the research object.Control group was given metal screw internal fixation surgery and observation group was given the absorbable screw fixation surgery.Result：Healing time and length of hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group,the differences were significant statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of complications of observation group were significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was significant statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The excellent rate after fracture treatment of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was significant statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of ankle fracture by using absorbable screw fixation has significantly curative effect,and it can significantly improve the excellent rate without secondary surgery take nail,and it has shorter healing time and length of hospital stay.
